We have a big week ahead of us.  Please read this information in its entirety and let me know if you have questions.


Sunday Night Fireside

We will be having a fireside on Sunday night starting at 6:30 at Coach Stevens house.  This is not mandatory but if you will not be attending please let me know.  I would like everyone there if possible.  The fireside will not be denominational but it will be "spiritual" in nature.

It is casual dress and there will be light refreshments (cookies and punch).  We will be outside around a fire so please bring a chair to sit on and dress accordingly.

Parents Letter

Shanne Munns' sent a letter home with all the girls for parents.  Please read it.  If you did not get it, please ask your daughter for it.


Banquet

The banquet will be Nov 4th at 6:00 PM in the lunch room at the High School.  Cost for tickets are $8.  They can be bought online or with a check made out to Box Elder High Girls Soccer.

Like last year, I will post a list of who has purchased tickets and how many on the blog under the page "Banquet".  In order to get an accurate count we are asking that you have them purchased by Oct 23rd.  I will be out of town the 24th - Nov 1st so I will not be able to take money after that.


DIET

I encourage everyone to eat particularly well from here on out.  Here is a link to some good information on what soccer players should be eating leading up to, before, during and after a game.

Next Weeks Schedule

Mon: Training at 3;00.  There will be a game on our field between Bear River and Ben Lomand so we will be done by 5:00.

Tues: State Playoff Game, 4:00 at Salem Hills High,  It is a 2 hour bus ride so we will need to be on the road by 1:00.  Let out time will be 12:15.  Team discussion 12:45.  Bus leaves at 1:00.  We will have a light pregame snack on the bus ride down at 2:30.  After the game we will have dinner in the parking lot before we go home.

Wed:  Training at 3:30

Thur: State playoff game @ TBD

Fri: Training at 3:30
